How Frankincence Changed My Life

I have been using essential oils very casually, mainly to make some handmade soaps. However a friend of mine introduce me to a DoTerra rep and after ordering my first kit of good essential oils and learning more ways to use them, I have been hooked!

DoTerra essential oils are safe to use more than just for topical uses. Literally essential oils can be used to help many health and wellness problems.

Before DoTerra I honestly had no idea anything about Frankincense. After using it for a while and seeing all the benefits I seriously do not know how I have lived without it!

Frankincense is considered a holy oil in the Middle East. As an ingredient in the holy incense, it was used anciently during sacrificial ceremonies to help improve communication with the creator.

There are many uses for Frankincense but currently I have been adding 1-2 drops to my unscented face lotion every morning and every night. Not only has it really helped my skin feel super soft, smell good, and just look overall brighter it has really helped keep me calm and focus.

Overall Frankincense helps with emotional balance, your immune and nervous systems and your skin!

Frankincense is safe to ingest if diluted in water or by adding a drop under your tongue. I have also mixed it with other oils into my diffuser at night to help me wind down from a long and stressful day.

The aroma of Frankincense oil helps focus energy and minimize distractions and helps concentration. It eases hyperactivity, impatience, irritability, and restlessness and can help enhance spiritual awareness and meditation.

I never knew I couple drops of oil to change my overall health and mind.
